Location: Kempsey, Worcestershire
Job Type: Full Time New & Used Car Sales Executive
Salary: Basic Salary of up to £16,000 with OTE of £45,000
Hours: Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm with a day off in the week (Sundays on a rota basis)

Vehicle Sales Administrator 

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our well-established family owned car dealership in Kempsey, Worcestershire. We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Vehicle SALES ADMINISTRATOR.

If you have experience within a busy motor trade administration team, and are looking for a fantastic working environment along with a very good salary, then this is the position for you.

In this position you will have responsibility for handling all of the administration functions of the sales department. The role includes: 

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in all sales administration tasks.
  • Creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
  • Maintaining the new and used car stock records accurately.
  • Invoicing and working closely with the accounts department.
  • Taxing vehicles and AFRL compliance and ensuring all paperwork is complete prior to delivery.                                                                                                                    

The ideal candidate must be hard working, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have 2 years previous administration experience in the retail automotive industry. Previous knowledge of Pinnacle is desirable though not essential. You will be expected to work in a busy environment accurately and to deadlines, with good personal and IT skills.
